Bahu Fort |

The Bahu Fort is a fascinating fort and it is located 5 km from Jammu. It is located on a rock face on the left bank of Tawi River. This magnificent fort is probably the oldest fort in the city. This magnificent monument in Jammu was constructed by Raja Bahulochan over 3000 years ago. The existing fort that you can admire during Jammu & Kashmir tour is renovated by the Dogra rulers. The Bahu Fort was surrounded by a beautiful garden called Bagh-e-Bahu with extensive lawns. This majestic garden is filled with beautiful flowers and plants.
